Welcome, Rawesome Peeps!

Hellooooo lovelies! Welcome to my new Blog! I haven't been this excited since I went VEG almost one year ago.. I can't wait to share with you my story & personal journey to health & happiness, while sharing some easy & delicious healthy recipes, cool stories, and health tips for all you Rawesome viewers out there.

I'm not a personal trainer or fitness guru.. I'm just an ordinary girl who got sick of being told what I was eating was "good for me" while gaining 5 pounds here and there & constantly feeling the affects of an unhealthy diet, even with moderate exercise.. and decided to pay attention to what I was shoving in my pie hole, how that food even got to my table to begin with, and what it really takes to lose the "baggage" and start living a full, purposeful life.

The purpose of this blog is to show you that eating clean, getting & staying fit, and making a difference in this world, are not only easier than you think, but are MANDATORY for those that want to find & live out their ultimate purpose in life. And the best part is, they can go hand in hand. Why, you might ask? Because honestly, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret.. when we eat like crap and let laziness rule, we aren't our 100% BEST selves ( DUH, that's no secret ) !! And when we aren't our best selves, we aren't our happiest, and we can't possibly make a positive impact on others in this state of "being" (or BORing I should say). It's time to get clean, stay clean, and become the King/Queen of your own world! Quit letting outside influences control your entire existence. Get ready to find yourself, and find out how you can avoid being a "victim" to what's really happening in the food industry today. Get your life back.. Tap into your RAWESOME self.. and then GIVE BACK! That's what life is all about.
